![]() ![]() ![]() I went to the front desk and asked why this is not cleaned. We also made sure that we left for several hours as not to disturb the staff when cleaning our room. Both times, we made sure that we didn’t leave the DnD sign on the door past 7:00 AM. As far as the housekeeping staff, this is the second trip where we have had to go to the front desk and ask for our room to be cleaned. She stated it has been like this for a while. We spoke to the lady later and expressed our concern about how she was treated during breakfast. Three people were needed in that situation. I felt truly sorry for the woman because she was doing the best that she could. One lady stood in the middle of the café and shouted “You are out of waffle batter!!” and a roar went up over the crowd. During that time, several “entitled” guest were complaining about the slow service and long line. It was swamped with so many people that we decided to just have a cup of coffee. The breakfast this morning was staffed by only one person and she was required to stock the food, prepare the food, and keep everything up on the buffet. These are relatively minor details but the trash can was disgusting. Some other guest prior to us walked away with the in-room hair dryer but the staff eventually delivered another. There was a stocked kitchen but only two paper towels on the roll. Our room was nice as always BUT it was missing a lot of attention to detail. We get our belongings out of the car and when we get up to the outside door, there was a smelly, over flowing trash can right next to the door. The desk clerk was a fantastic gentlemen as he remembered us from checking us in before. ![]() Our arrival at the hotel was at normal check-in time of 3:00 PM. We had stayed here three weeks ago and were so pleased, that we decided to stay here again. ![]()
